Artipasta Experience — Monthly Reel Contest
Official Rules
| Sponsor: Artipasta (Austin, Texas, USA). |
| 1) | No Entry Fee; On-Site Participation There is no entry fee to participate. Participation requires visiting an Artipasta location and creating original content on-site. | ||||||||||
| 2) | Eligibility Open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. | ||||||||||
| 3) | Contest Period The contest runs monthly. Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on the 1st of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on the last day of the month. | ||||||||||
| 4) | How to Enter; Entry Requirements To enter, you must post an Instagram Reel that meets all requirements below:
Invalid entries: delivery content, reposted/stock content, content not filmed on-site, missing tag/hashtags, private accounts, or entries that otherwise do not meet these rules. Limit 3 entries per person per month. Sponsor may disqualify anyone attempting to circumvent entry limits or manipulate the process. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received or not visible due to privacy settings, platform errors, incorrect tagging/hashtags, or technical issues. | ||||||||||
| 5) | Judging; Winner Selection This is a skill-based contest. No random drawing. Eligible entries will be judged by the Artipasta team based on the following criteria (100 points total):
Tie-breaker: Highest “Authenticity” score. If still tied, Sponsor’s decision is final. All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding. | ||||||||||
| 6) | Prizes; Approximate Retail Value; Redemption Prizes are as described on this page. Approximate retail value (ARV) depends on menu pricing and availability; estimated ARVs:
Redemption window: Winners must redeem prizes within 60 days of winner notification. Unredeemed prizes are forfeited. Prizes are subject to menu availability at time of redemption. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. | ||||||||||
| 7) | Winner Notification Sponsor will contact potential winners via Instagram (typically by DM and/or comment). Winners may be required to respond within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 72 hours) to verify eligibility and arrange redemption. If a winner does not respond or is found ineligible, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner. | ||||||||||
| 8) | Content License; Publicity By entering, you grant Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, repost, publish, display, perform, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, and distribute your submitted content (including your Instagram handle, name, voice, and likeness as incorporated in the content) for Sponsor’s organic marketing and owned channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and the Artipasta website, with creator credit when practical. Paid advertising: Sponsor will not use your content in paid ads without additional permission. | ||||||||||
| 9) | Your Responsibilities (Rights, Permissions, and Compliance) You represent and warrant that:
Music Rights. Entries must use only audio that the entrant has the rights to use (including audio licensed by Instagram’s tools/library, if applicable). Entries containing unauthorized, infringing, or otherwise non-compliant audio may be disqualified. If Sponsor chooses to repost an entry, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, mute, remove, replace, or otherwise modify the audio prior to reposting. Minors (Strict). Entries featuring minors are not eligible and will be disqualified. Sponsor may remove, refuse, or disqualify any entry for any reason, including content that is offensive, unsafe, misleading, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate. | ||||||||||
| 10) | Release; Limitation of Liability By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from claims arising out of or relating to participation or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, or other issues outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. | ||||||||||
| 11) | Privacy Sponsor collects limited information necessary to administer the contest (e.g., Instagram handle and communications related to prize redemption). Sponsor does not sell participant data. | ||||||||||
| 12) | Platform Disclaimer (Instagram) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility regarding this promotion. | ||||||||||
| 13) | Governing Law This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. |
