Allergies & Ingredients
- Our food is freshly prepared in small kitchens that handle various ingredients and common allergens, including (but not limited to) wheat, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish, and shellfish.
- Our counters and kitchens are busy environments where shared equipment is used to prepare, store, and handle multiple ingredients. Despite our best efforts, there is a possibility that different food products may come into contact. We cannot guarantee that any of our recipes or drinks
are allergen-free. - Our items are cooked to order and may be served raw or undercooked. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Artipasta food purchase, please bring it back to the counter within 1 hour of purchase.
Our team will be happy to offer you:
- A full refundof the purchase price, or
- A replacement dishof equal or similar value
If you choose a replacement of higher value, the price difference will be charged.
All water and soda sales are final.
Delivery orders policy
- Delivery orders are under full responsibility of the third-party delivery service. We cannot be held liable for missing items, damage, or late delivery. Please contact the delivery platform directly for any delivery-related refund.
Offers & Promotions
- From time to time, Artipasta runs promotional offers through our social media channels. Offers are valid only during the promotional period, at participating locations, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Artipasta reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.
Loyalty Card
Our loyalty card rewards our regulars: collect 10 stamps, one per dish, and your next dish is on us.
- One stamp per dish of pasta, regardless of item.
- The complimentary dish is of equal or lesser value to your regular order.
- Cards must be presented at the time of purchase.
- Lost cards cannot be replaced.
- No cash value. Non-transferable.
