We opened our first location in South Austin back in 2018, serving up a unique dining experience on wheels from our food trailer. Set in a lively and welcoming shady trailer park with lush plants, picnic tables, and a family-friendly vibe — BYOB with no corkage fee — it’s the perfect place to enjoy fresh, authentic Italian pasta. Keeping it weird in the most authentic, tasty way possible, our trailer embodies the true Austin spirit — local, genuine, and full of flavor.
